Questions owners ask.

Do my staff need an app?

They get every task on WhatsApp with a link. To mark it done they tick it in Odoo or Zoho Projects, on the phone app or the web. You, the owner, install nothing.

Which task tools do you work with?

Odoo Project and Zoho Projects. If you have neither, we set one up for you.

Can I use my own WhatsApp number?

Yes, on Enterprise. We register your business number so tasks come from your company name. It is set up on order. The number cannot stay on the normal WhatsApp app at the same time.

What about voice notes in Arabic or Hindi?

English now. Arabic on request.

Where is my data?

Your tasks live in your own Odoo or Zoho. Techneeds stores your configuration and 7 days of message logs for support. Nothing else.

How do I cancel?

Give us 30 days’ notice. Billing is monthly. Your tasks stay in your Odoo or Zoho. We switch off the WhatsApp side and delete your configuration.

Is there a trial?

No. If it is right for you, you will know in a week. This month you get 50% off setup.
